Description

Our beautiful apartment Armanda is the "youngest" of our own apartments at Sao Vicente old town house. With all of our experience and knowledge of 12 years short term rental in Lisbon we have this apartment carefully restored and furnished. The equipment is modern and stylish. This works well in contrast to our 250 years old town house. From a French balcony you can enjoy the view to the castle hill Sao Jorge and a romantic old cobblestone street.

We can recommend you for shopping the Graca quarter and the famous shopping street Rua da Graca, located within 5 min. on foot from the apartment. Most of Lisbon's important sights are situated within walking distance, monastery Sao Vicente, Santa Engracia church, castle Sao Jorge, the beautiful Alfama Fado houses, the harbour restaurant area and the Rossio square. In the friendly neighbourhood you will find old portuguese grocery stores, small cafes and traditional restaurants. Opposite of our old town house there is a traditional bakery and our favourite restaurant tasca just around the corner.

Our renovated residence is situated on a 1st floor in a fully restored 18th century old town house. The apartment consists of one cosy inner bedroom, a sunny living and dining room, a bathroom with a shower and an equipped kitchen. The apartment has fine wooden floors. On Tuesday and Saturday the traditional 300 years old flea-market Feira da Ladra invites you for a visit. You'll reach the market within 5 min. walking distance. The tram stop of the famous No. 28 is located at the end of Rua de Sao Vicente only 2 min. on foot.

The next metro station is situated at Martim Moniz square within 10 min. walking distance. You will find a beautiful cafe in front of the Graca church. You can relax and enjoy a really stunning view of Lisbon. This is one of our favourite places in the morning or in the evening.

Upon arrival you'll receive the apartment keys from our team. Your contact person awaits you at the apartment.

Each further person is charged at 20.00 EUR per night (max. 3 persons). Children up to 9 years of age are charged at 10.00 EUR per night.

When booking, we kindly ask for a deposit. If the arrival cannot take place, we will credit you the payment for a later booking.

One-time cleaning fee: 2 persons 50.00 EUR, each further person 10.00 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are included.

As of September 1st 2024 a tourist tax charged by Lisbon City Council becomes payable upon arrival. It is 4.00 EUR per person (over the age of 13) per night, up to a maximum of 28.00 EUR.

Perfect little place for a couple of nights in Lisbon. The place is, as some have mentioned, really cosy and cleverly laid out, and two people will find space enough to feel comfortable on a rainy day (on a sunny one you will be out and about enjoying the neighbourhood which is one of the best in Lisbon). Well−equipped kitchen. Great bathroom, spacious shower. Lovely neighbourhood. Do go to the outdoor cafe in the little park by the Feira da Ladra, the flea market. The park is popular with dog owners, children and their parents and young and old sipping coffee and excellent juices from the cafe with a lovely view over the Tejo and the National Pantheon. Prices very reasonable too.

This was the perfect place for us. Great location, super clean and well appointed. We really appreciated being greeted by Rodrigo and receiving an orientation. Very nice touch. Thank you for making our stay in Lisbon!

Eine ausgezeichnete Wohnung für eine Person oder ein Paar! Das Haus liegt im historischen Zentrum, im authentischen Sao Vicente Viertel und ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die berühmte Straßenbahnlinie 28 hält nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung, doch man kann auch alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Umgebung ist besonders ruhig und friedlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der ideale Ausgangsort, um Lissabon zu entdecken. Vor allem möchte ich aber die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter hervorheben − Rodrigo und der Rest des Teams sind wunderbar. Es wurde sich um jedes noch so kleine Bedürfnis gekümmert und sofort auf Anrufe und Nachrichten reagiert. Es war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung! Sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn ich Lissabon wieder besuchen sollte, werde ich keine andere Unterkunft suchen.

We LOVED this place! The house was spotless clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect because everything we wanted to do was just 5−10 mins walk away. The host allowed us to check and in early and leave at a later time which is always nice! Would def recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon.

The apartment was very good in general, I loved my stay! This was my first ever experience renting an apartment. The lady who helped me with the check−in (Paola if I am not mistaken) was very nice and friendly and even gave me a ride to the nearest supermarket! They have a book with recommendations, which is nice and helpful. Also there was water in the fridge and a nice christmas decoration, that was very kind! Location is very central, it was easy to get everywhere, including on foot. Thank you for the stay.
