Our beautiful apartment Armanda is the "youngest" of our own apartments at Sao Vicente old town house. With all of our experience and knowledge of 12 years short term rental in Lisbon we have this apartment carefully restored and furnished. The equipment is modern and stylish. This works well in contrast to our 250 years old town house. From a French balcony you can enjoy the view to the castle hill Sao Jorge and a romantic old cobblestone street.
We can recommend you for shopping the Graca quarter and the famous shopping street Rua da Graca, located within 5 min. on foot from the apartment. Most of Lisbon's important sights are situated within walking distance, monastery Sao Vicente, Santa Engracia church, castle Sao Jorge, the beautiful Alfama Fado houses, the harbour restaurant area and the Rossio square. In the friendly neighbourhood you will find old portuguese grocery stores, small cafes and traditional restaurants. Opposite of our old town house there is a traditional bakery and our favourite restaurant tasca just around the corner.
Our renovated residence is situated on a 1st floor in a fully restored 18th century old town house. The apartment consists of one cosy inner bedroom, a sunny living and dining room, a bathroom with a shower and an equipped kitchen. The apartment has fine wooden floors. On Tuesday and Saturday the traditional 300 years old flea-market Feira da Ladra invites you for a visit. You'll reach the market within 5 min. walking distance. The tram stop of the famous No. 28 is located at the end of Rua de Sao Vicente only 2 min. on foot.
The next metro station is situated at Martim Moniz square within 10 min. walking distance. You will find a beautiful cafe in front of the Graca church. You can relax and enjoy a really stunning view of Lisbon. This is one of our favourite places in the morning or in the evening.
