Description

The stylish and comfortable apartment Sol II is located perfectly central in a typical and quiet small street in the heart of the popular old town neighbourhood Graca. The charming apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a stylish tiled bathroom with shower. The beautiful main bedroom offers you comfortable double bed. The small second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed available. From the French balcony in one of the bedrooms you can enjoy views to the typical neighbourhood. The equipped modern kitchen and bathroom dispose of bright and elegant tiles. Floor, living room and bedrooms offer you fine wooden mahogany floors. There is a small balcony with chairs at your private disposal. You can enjoy a view to the famous Santa Engracia church and even catch a glimpse of the Tagus river.

The apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon old town. You will reach many sights on foot. Two of the most beautiful viewing points, Nossa Senhora do Monte and Igreja da Graca, are situated only 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. Within about 10 walking minutes you will reach the famous Alfama quarter with its many small lanes. In the neighbourhood of the apartment there is the main square of the Graca quarter where you can catch authentic insights to Portuguese life and buy many things. You will find many small shops, supermarkets and bakeries. We also recommend you to visit the market at Sapadores square where you can buy daily fresh products. There are also good restaurants and nice cafés in the neighborhood.

Upon arrival you'll receive the apartment keys from your contact person. Our team awaits you at the apartment.

Each further person is charged at 20.00 EUR per night (max. 4 persons). Children up to 9 years of age are charged at 10.00 EUR per night.

When booking, we kindly ask for a deposit. If the arrival cannot take place due to corona, we will credit you the deposit for a later booking.

One-time cleaning fee: 2 persons 60.00 EUR, each further person 10.00 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are included.

As of September 1st 2024 a tourist tax charged by Lisbon City Council becomes payable upon arrival. It is 4.00 EUR per person (over the age of 13) per night, up to a maximum of 28.00 EUR.

Our Sol II apartment was perfect. We were given a tour upon arrival and found the apartment very clean and well maintained. The space was just enough for 4 people and the washer and dishwasher definitely made our longer stay hassle−free. The location was ideal as well, with a nice mix of local shops, great restaurants, locals and visitors. I would use your company again, thank you Lisbon−Holiday−Apartments!

We enjoyed our stay in the Sol II apartment very much, especially the 28 tram − wonderful and if you time it right− a good way to experience the splendid city! We found all the information from Rodrigo very helpful, although we did not manage to hear Fado in the recommended Tasca, nevertheless a very enjoyable time.

The apartment was spacious and well−equipped with beautiful natural light and tasteful decor. Our favorite feature was the cosy and spacious bedroom. We enjoyed the location quite a lot. It's removed from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy centers, but Graça is a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafes and shops. A short tram ride or a leisurely walk is all it takes to get to the more central parts of Lisbon. Overall, a beautiful and easygoing stay.

The apartment was excellent, and the location was perfect. We were very well staying there, and after a week we felt like we had become locals. The apartment was well appointed in every way and lacked nothing. The location, Graca, was perfect in itself, and convenient for reaching all the important parts of Lisbon. What else can you expect when you're bang on the No.28 tram route! Rodrigo was very nice, letting us in late in the evening when we arrived, and answering all our curious questions. We only have one criticism: our return flight was due to leave Lisbon at 9.00 p.m., but we had to check out at 11.00 a.m. We would have liked to be able to leave our luggage in the flat or somewhere where we could have picked it up later. But never mind. In the end we left it at the Santa Apolonia train station, so we could enjoy our last day without wasting it. Fully recommended. Five stars. / Our answer: Thank you so much for this great review. Unfortunately, guests arrived right after you, otherwise we would have gladly offered you a late check out.

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. Its a city full of old world charm, great food, beautiful architecture and friendly people. The apartment was in a perfect location with easy access to shopping and restaurants as well as the rest of Lisbon but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. We loved the apartment which was tastefully furnished and comfortable and we will certainly recommend it to our friends and family.
