Description

At the stylish Sol I apartment you can enjoy a fantastic private three bedroom and two bathroom apartment in the historic city centre of Lisbon. This charming apartment is located in a small and quiet lane at the popular old town quarter Graca. It is located near the church of Graca and Lisbon's favourite viewing points Nossa Senhora do Monte and Igreja da Graca. Most of the sights are within walking distance, like the monastery de Sao Vicente, the Alfama quarter, Santa Engracia cathedral and the Rossio square. You will reach the metro station Martim Moniz within 10-15 walking minutes. The ancient Graca quarter offers you all shopping facilities in about 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The main street Rua da Graca is a historic picture-perfect street with little cafes and tiny grocery stores, only a stone throw away from your apartment.

The spacious two storey apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living and dining room, two beautiful bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower) and a totally equipped kitchen. From the living room and kitchen you can enjoy a nice view of the peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. At the apartment you can furthermore enjoy fine polished mahogany floors.

Upon arrival you'll receive the apartment keys from our team. Your contact person awaits you at the apartment.

Each further person is charged at 20.00 EUR per night (max. 8 persons). Children up to 9 years of age are charged at 10.00 EUR per night.

When booking, we kindly ask for a deposit. If the arrival cannot take place due to corona, we will credit you the deposit for a later booking.

One-time cleaning fee: 2 persons 50.00 EUR, each further person 10.00 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are included.

As of January 1st 2019 a tourist tax charged by Lisbon City Council becomes payable upon arrival. It is 2.00 EUR per person (over the age of 13) per night, up to a maximum of 14.00 EUR.

Superfijn appartement in de gezellige wijn Graca, vlak naast de beroemde wijk Alfama. Restaurantjes en winkeltjes om de hoek. Het appartement was keurig en ruim met mooie afwerkingen en details. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig.

A well located apartment with a great kitchen, comfortable beds and great views. So many local cafes and shops in the immediate area and an easy walk to public transport. A fantastic local restaurant just up the road with great views and plenty of shops. The information in the apartment was excellent and very friendly hosts, including Rodrigo the driver who I would recommend. Lisbon is a fabulous city with so much to do! Sintra also needs a full day at least...and take your walking shoes and jackets!

We were three couples traveling together and this was a great apartment that fit our needs perfectly. Three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large, well−equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room and living room area. It's in an excellent location, within a short walk from downtown and many attractions. There is also a nice grocery store − with an ATM − just around the corner. Mr. Bruno met us at the apartment and helped us to get oriented. We will stay here again when we next return to Lisbon.

The apartment we rented was perfect comfortable and in a strategic position, only 1 min walk to the centre of Graca. It is very well renovated and very well equipped. Moreover, we were in constant contact with the renting agency, in case of need. The price was also extremely good. We had a great stay in Lisbon! I would highly recommend it.

I stayed with my family (husband, sister and 2 kids aged 8 and 3) and I would fully recommend this apartment. From my initial queries through to booking and the service while there was excellent. Bruno was accommodating and pleasant with excellent recommendations and customer service ability. I've already suggested this site to a work colleague who plans to go to Lisbon this summer. The apartment is exactly as described to a very high standard. There are steep steps to reach the 2nd floor (which is noted and advised) and wouldn't be suitable for buggies or babies .... If we go back to Portugal we'll book on this site given our experience....
