The lovely Padaria Loft apartment is your perfect home in Lisbon. It is located close to Alfama district, probably the most famous quarter of Lisbon. The location is favorable to discover the city on foot. Some of the most beautiful viewpoints are located only a few minutes away. Just follow the street westwards and you will get to Campo de Santa Clara where the popular flea market Feira da Ladra takes place twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday.
Our Santa Engracia district has long been an insider tip and is currently developing into one of the popular residential areas in Lisbon. The picturesque quarter offers its visitors many attractive views to the water and the ships that pass by. In our main road, Rua Magalhaes, “Senhor Cardoso” cooks delicious homemade Portuguese food. In the many small shops in the neighborhood you can always buy fresh from the region.
We can recommend you to visit Museu da Agua in our quarter, the historic Water Museum with its old garden park and benches to relax in front of it. The baroque cathedral Santa Engracia is easy to reach on foot, just like the famous surrounding quarters Alfama, Graca and Sao Vicente with their Fado restaurants and typical bars and shops. From the bus stop at Rua Washington right in front of the building you will reach Lisbon’s central quarter Baixa within 15 minutes by bus. Santa Apolonia metro station is just 10 walking minutes away.
The thoughtfully renovated apartment is located in a building of the 1920s. We used all our experience to create a perfect mixture of modern housing quality and antique design classics. The elegant kitchen and living room offers you everything you need to feel at home in this beautiful apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a big shower. Sophisticated equipment and high ceilings underline the elegant atmosphere in the apartment. In the apartment we were able to restore an original brickstone wall with an old insert, which is a reminiscence of its earlier use as a bakery.
We can provide you with a garage space (car up to medium class) in the house for 20 EUR per day. The parking spaces in the district are chargeable.
Upon arrival you receive the apartment key from Mrs. Daiana. Daiana will be waiting for you at the apartment.
