Helena Casa is our flagship townhouse in Lisbon. This apartment house consists of a spacious living and dining room, an equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, two stylish bathrooms with rainforest showers and two private terraces. The upper bedroom is designed as a suite with acccess to the spacious bathroom. In the living room you can sleep additionally on a comfortable sofa bed. It's a pleasure to have breakfast or dinner outside on your fantastic and quiet terraces. The huge glass front at the upper gallery offers you nice views from panorama windows.

All materials in the building are from a solid quality. The highlights in the house are original and rare Murano - Venice chandeliers, various design classics and old paintings from the former portuguese oversea dependency Macao.

Graca is one of Lisbon's most popular and charming old town locations. A lot of old buildings have been restored within the last years. You can enjoy long walks in the direct neighbourhood to discover the real and authentic Lisbon. We recommend you the fantastic Campo de Santa Clara square. You'll reach this charming place within 5-10 minutes on foot. On this venue every Tuesday and Saturday the famous flea market Feira da Ladra takes place. You have plenty of cafes, small restaurants and a fresh fruit market there available. Please visit also the design shops recently opened at the traditional market hall. The unique Alfama quarter nearby is protected through the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

For shopping you can walk within a few minutes to Graca's main street Rua da Graca. Here you can enjoy two supermarkets (Pingo Doce + Mini Preco) and a wide variety of shops, open air restaurants, bakeries (Padaria Portuguesa) and charming grocery stores with portuguese products. We can recommend you to visit the viewing point right next to the church of Graca. This is our favourite place in the morning as well as in the evening where you can indulge an overwhelming view of Lisbon and the Tagus estuary. At the main square of Graca also the famous tram no. 28 has a stop. The metro station Santa Apolonia is situated 10 minutes on foot from your Helena Casa.

Our town house is designed under strict ecological aspects. A solar collector system is installed for your comfort. All electronic devices in the house having a A+ classification, as well as the house itself has A+.
