At this fantastic Tejo Terrace apartment you can enjoy a private terrace equipped with stylish furniture. You'll have a fantastic view over green gardens to the huge Tagus estuary. The charming apartment is located in a quiet lane at the traditional old town quarter Santa Engracia.

Santa Engracia is a still undiscovered, cosy and very portuguese old town quarter in Lisbon. You have many small and historic townhouses with private gardens on the backyard. Due to its proximity to the Tagus estuary you can enjoy fantastic views at Santa Engracia quarter to the harbour area and of the huge estuary. Tourists are still rare at our neighbourhood. We also live in Santa Engracia and have here our agency office. We like this contemplative neighbourhood very much. You have a lot of tiny stores for all wishes. At our main street Rua Magalhaes you can order always fresh portuguese lunch and dinner at "Paquito" for a favourable price.

We can recommend you to visit also Museu da Agua at our quarter, the nice Water Museum with an old garden park or the nearby located famous tile museum Madre de Deus within a monastery. The famous baroque cathedral Santa Engracia is just a short walk away. At Rua Washington you have the bus stop and within 5 minutes walking distance you'll reach easily the metro and international train station Santa Apolonia.

This splendid apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a comfortable living and dining room with a mezzanine, two stylish bathrooms, both equipped with a rainforest shower and an equipped kitchen. The highlight is the overwhelming terrace, with a comfortable dinning and sitting area with wonderful views of old orange trees. From the bedroom, you have a small balcony, from which you can see beautiful sunrises and the Vasco da Gama bridge in the background. The 1910's building is constructed solidly. So after a careful restauration you can enjoy a bright apartment with a lot of charme and an inviting energy.

Upon arrival you'll receive the apartment keys from Rodrigo. Rodrigo awaits you at the apartment and shows you the apartment.

Each further person is charged at 20.00 EUR per night (max. 3 persons). Children up to 9 years of age are charged at 10.00 EUR per night.

When booking, we kindly ask for a deposit. If the arrival cannot take place due to corona, we will credit you the deposit for a later booking.

One-time cleaning fee: 2 persons 70.00 EUR, each further person 10.00 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are included.

We had a really great stay. The space worked more than well for us 3, a couple and a friend. Kitchen area and bathrooms were spacious and spotless. The beds were really comfortable, the aircon effective and we loved the terrace, especially the comfortable sofa. We established quite a connection with Andra at the local Pastelaria Santa Clara for our morning coffee.

We stayed at this SUPERB apartment. A brand new, modern and well equipped apartment. The terrace gives a great view over the area towards the river. The train station/metro/bus stop is close by so very convenient indeed! We were welcomed personally by Rodrigo who explained a couple of things about the apartment and told us about the restaurants and grocery store just around the corner. We hadn't expected that! The terrace is also a great option! All by all The apartment has been a great experience for us and we highly recommend it to all of you!

10/10* Die schönste, sauberste und modernste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Wir sind begeistert, es gibt nichts (!!!) zu kritisieren. Ich würde nie wieder über andere Plattformen in Lissabon buchen! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war unglaublich gut und alles detailverliebt dekoriert. Rodrigo hat den Checkin gemacht, er war super freundlich, zuverlässig und professionell. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Nie zuvor haben wir uns im Urlaub so wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Tejo Terrace ist eine absolute Empfehlung − gerade für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung hat alles, was es braucht für einen fairen Preis. Zum Zentrum sind es einige Gehminuten. Dafür erhält man eine schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigeren Stadtviertel. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. So oft es ging haben wir hier Zeit verbracht − sowohl morgens, als auch bei Sonnenuntergang. Der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort ist 1A. Die Gäste stehen an erster Stelle. Binnen 20 Minuten etwa hatten wir einen Kinderstuhl. Gerne werden wir wieder hier buchen, wenn es uns nochmal nach Lissabon verschlägt.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit viel Charme erwartete uns in Lissabon, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und doch mitten im Geschehen (Metro−Station und Bushaltestelle in ca. 10 und 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die persönliche "Einweisung" und die zahlreichen praktischen Tipps für einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Stadt durch Helena auf deutsch. Alle wichtigen Informationen und Tipps sind zusätzlich in schriftlicher Form in der Wohnung parat. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu. Die gute Ausstattung beinhaltete alles mehr als ausreichend. Auch die Korrespondenz im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Tipps für Lissabon: nicht nur auf die Straßenbahn 28 setzen, auch andere Linien mit den alten Straßenbahnwagen geben interessante Einblicke in die Stadt. Geht man einfach mal abseits der Sehenswürdigkeiten durch die Stadt, erlebt man die Vielfalt − Europa, Asien, Afrika oft auf engstem Raum beieinander. Fado sollte sein − besonders schön in den privat geführten Kneipen im "Fado−Viertel". Da singt dann auch schon mal die Köchin mit, oder die Sängerin kocht mit. Auch Ausflüge in das nahe gelegene Sintra oder Cascais lohnen sich, es ist in der Hauptsaison aber natürlich ziemlich voll. Insgesamt ein ganz toller Aufenthalt, danke für das schöne Wohnungsangebot und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Wir haben 9 erlebnisreiche Tage im Stadtteil Graca verbracht. Die Anbindung an die U−Bahn mit dem Bus (Santa Apolonia) ist sehr gut. Wir sind mit dem Tagesticket (Viagem Karte und mehrere 24−h−Tickets aufladen und einer weiteren Karte mit Guthaben Zapping (für die Fahrten mit Zug und Fähre)) sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Im schönen Viertel gibt es kleine Lebensmittelläden, Bäcker und Restaurants. Wir können das Tapas 126 empfehlen. Frische Küche mit Salat, Fisch oder Fleisch. Natürlich auch Tapas. Wir waren dort dreimal essen!! Die Wohnung ist neu und modern, alles vorhanden von der Spülmaschine bis zur Klimaanlage. Auf dem großen Balkon haben wir gefrühstückt und Abends ein Gläschen getrunken. Es ist ruhig und die Leute sind alle sehr freundlich. Rodrigo ist ein echter Schatz. Er hat uns alles geduldig gezeigt und hatte auch noch verschiedene Tipps für uns. Lissabon selber ist eine lebendige Stadt, welche wir sehr genossen haben und da es warm war, sind wir auch mal mit dem Zug an den Strand nach Carcavelos gefahren. Das klappte von der Wohnung super. Die Anbindung zum Flughafen ist auch problemlos mit dem Taxi (der Empfehlung sollte man folgen und das Taxi auf der Ebene Departure nehmen − 14 Euro). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an alle, die uns diesen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht haben.

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, der Blick auf den Tejo gigantisch. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und völlig unkompliziert von Rodrigo empfangen. Er erklärte uns alles Nötige und gab auch Hinweise zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Bahnhof st. Apollonia ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit einem Tagesticket für kommt man sehr gut klar. Die Lissabon Card lohnt sich eher für Museumsbesucher unserer Meinung. Bei den Entfernungen sollte man vorsichtig sein. Da es oftmals auf und ab geht, gerät man ungeübt schnell aus der Puste. Dafür sieht man so mehr von der Stadt und lernt das gemütliche Flair der kleinen Altstadtgassen in Alfama kennen. Die Restaurants sind super, meist nur wenige kleine Tische, für kleines Geld im Verhältnis zu anderen europäischen Städten bekommt man ein leckeres Abendessen. Besonders gut hat uns die Tapas Bar Tapas 123 nahe der Wohnung gefallen. Auch einen Fadoabend sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Lediglich die Empfehlung im Hausprospekt der Wohnung war uns doch etwas zu teuer. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. 5 volle Tage sollte man auf jeden Fall einplanen.
