Some of Lisbon's unique sights are situated within walking distance. We can recommend you to visit the Palácio dos Marqueses de Fronteira at the entrance to Monsanto park as well as the classic modern Museum and Park area Gulbenkian close to Praca de Espanha. The entrance of Lisbon's worth seeing Zoo is within 5 minutes on foot reachable from the apartment.
For an evening stroll we can recommend you the charming small restaurants in the neighbourhood where you can order delicious fresh salads and grilled fish, especially the grill restaurant Carvoeiro de Palma. Later on you can visit the stylish clubs and bars at Avenida da Liberdade. Small grocery stores, a bakery, cafes and a Pingo Doce supermarket are available in the vicinity of the apartment.
The completely renovated residence is situated on a 3rd floor in a modern residencial building. The house has a 24h door service. The apartment consists of 4 spacious bedrooms one with direct terrace access, a huge living and dining room area, two modern bathrooms with rainforest Showers and a totally equipped kitchen. The apartment has fine wooden floors and two balconies with nice views until Monsanto park. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
We can provide you with a garage space (within 50m distance) for 15 EUR per day. The parking spaces in the district are chargeable.
