The contemporary Ria Penthouse is perfectly situated in a quiet location in the charming fishing village of Alvor on the green western Algarve. The gem Alvor enchants us with its authentic and friendly atmosphere and invites you to enjoy the perfect day at the beach, to take long walks through the Ria de Alvor nature reserve, along the long Atlantic beach or to spend leisurely afternoons at the traditional fishing harbour with its many small restaurants and cafés. It is a pleasure to watch the bustling activity of the seagulls and sailors in the lagoon from the wonderful terraces of the harbour restaurants. Via sensitively embedded wooden paths between the sea and the lagoon, you can reach the picturesque Praia de Alvor beach behind the dunes.
Our fine sandy beach stretches over 14 km from Lagos to Tres Irmaos, where the most beautiful rock formations in the Algarve meet the sea. Thanks to its sheltered location, the Atlantic Ocean is ideal for swimming from April to November. Alvor is a center for water sports. You can go windsurfing, kitesurfing, and kayaking. You can also play tennis or paddle tennis in the center of Alvor. There is a public indoor swimming pool and the Eden Alvor Club opposite our apartment. There you can play mini golf, enjoy fine dining, visit the sauna, or splash around in the warm pool.
From the stylish Ria Penthouse, nestled in a dream location between the sea and the lagoon, you can reach the unspoilt long sandy beach of Praia de Alvor in 15 minutes on foot. The walk through the unspoilt nature of the lagoon is a delight. From the two spacious terraces of our apartment, you can enjoy unique views of the Ria de Alvor nature reserve. The changing tides and spectacular sunsets can be experienced from the front row of the apartment. You are just a few steps away from the centre of Alvor with its tile-decorated fishermen's cottages and Portuguese shops, grocery stores, small cafés, restaurants and bars. The centre of Alvor is traffic-free.
Ria Penthouse features a luxurious living room with a private terrace, two lovingly curated bedrooms, two separate en-suite bathrooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen-diner and an impressive roof terrace. You have exclusive access to the large swimming pool of our fine residential complex. A private garage space is available in the building. The lift, located right next to the garage space, takes you to the front door of the apartment.
The minimum stay is 4 nights in the summer season.
