• Dear Silva Zacharias, We were in your apartment (Chiado IV.6b) and we enyoid it.  It was clean, we found everything for cooking, drinking, eating. The towels in the bathroom were clean and " souple" and there was toiletpapers, and soap too. The bedrooms are very confortable, and there is a lot of place for our  clothes.The situation of this apartment is excellent. The Madame who was waiting for us est very sympatique, we could keep our luggages till 4.30.p.m in the  reserveroom, so we could do an excursion on the last day too.

I stayed at 0112 Alfama I, 12.07.2010 - 20.07.2010 It was truly peaceful and tranquil. I loved the apartment very much. I felt like living in Alfama and doing the things the local people would do. The location was perfect and I could get to the centre in 10 mins by walk or by the famous tram 28. Alfama is very charming and the apartment made my stay even more special and I had the best time of my life there. Even if I was by myself, everything was so beautiful and especially the view from the apartment was just beyong description. I've never witnessed so many ships in my life crossing the river and I've never thought a river could look that blue and beautiful... ! • Bonjour, I wanted to tell you we really loved the apartment "Santana Teatro", it has a beautifull view, very nice atmosphere, light and spacious, everything is clean and easy and you really feel at home. Perfect place to be after exploring the city, enjoying a drink while looking at the view - and ideally situated for all transports / museums / supermarket, shops etc. It's central (but silent) and many trams leave nearby,also the train to Sintra from Rossio station 3 minutes from the house - but mainly you can walk up to Alfama, Barrio Alto, the Tagus river or the Botanical Garden easily. • The appartement was just a dream, placed in the cultural centre, so close to the good food an the night life and on the other hand so quiet. • I can't say enough good things about the apartment and our host, Isabel. The apartment was just lovely and in the perfect location, on a quiet street but just a few blocks and a quick walk away from  the fun streets of Bairro Alto and the shopping in Chiado.  The apartment is great for cooking and just relaxing, including a nice dining room table.  Isabel was terrific.  She met us at the place and  greeted us with some wonderful treats, and had some terrific restaurant recommendations.  We had a issue with one of the hot water heaters and she was quick to get it resolved, which was appreciated.  She is always quick to respond. The central location of this apartment is superb. We could hop on the metro, pick up a tram, or walk the streets of Lisbon exploring - which was our favourite mode of transport. The apartment is very clean and spacious and had everthing we needed. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen had plenty of plates and cutlery - although we did have to purchase a cork screw. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was really good - as we had a bit of washing to catch up on from our travels. We felt very relaxed and comfortable in your apartment. • I just wanted to write you a short note to thank you very much for the wonderful time I had in Lisbon, staying in an apartment in the Alfama area in December. Dona Lena met me right away when I arrived and showed me around the flat, and then I was happily on my own for six days. The location was great: in a fascinating neighbourhood and near many attractions, and within easy walking distance of a good supermarket. My stay in Lisbon was a real joy. I was blessed by great weather, which undoubtedly helped.  It was great fun to ride on the trolleys, but I also made good use of the metro system and buses, and visited many museums, squares, monasteries and gardens.  I've got to say, though, that a genuine part of the fun or me was strolling toward "my" front door each night and entering my home away from home. • Hello,just wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay in your Lisbon appartment, and write you a short review.I will never again book a hotel for my stay in Lisbon (which I tend to do once or twice a year for business), but will try to find an appartment via your website every time. First of all, I have to mention the size of the place, which is one of the main things that makes it attractive. The place is easily suitable for 4 persons, so for me travelling alone, it was a palace! Compared that to a crampy hotelroom, and I cannot understand that anyone would book a hotel room. The way the appartment is furnished is very nice as well. There are books, nice chairs, good beds and a fully equipped kitchen. For me, the main advantage of booking via your company, and using an appartment, is the feeling of living among the "portuguese". That you can experience only by using your appartments.The location is another plus, close to the park, close to the tram 28 or metro Rato. Furthermore, I used your documentation you put on the table a lot, for instance to find a restaurant close by. That was very helpful. One thing I forgot, Mrs. Delminda was very friendly and helpful. She even took the time to show me the way to the supermarket close by !As I said before, I loved staying in the appartment, and hope to return there more often in the future. This morning my husband was able to see the Santa Justa V apartment and he felt in love with it. I know it is more expensive than II but we wish to book it for a week in mid-March of next year. • Dear Witold and Ceu, We recently stayed at your lovely apartments in Lisboa. The apartments are very well appointed with all facilities and equipment that is needed to feel comfortable relaxed. The apartment is well situated in a central area of Baixa so you can walk to the shops, pop out and buy fresh bread and fruit or walk another couples of minutes and buy the most wonderful strawberries from Portugal. We loved the apartments so much that we decided to stay again for a second time at the end of our holiday which just made the whole holiday spent entirely in Portugal perfect. Furthermore Mr Mario is the best, he made us feel at home in the apartment, nothing was too much trouble for him.  Having a safe in the apartments is great as you then do not need to carry around valuable items like passports etc.  We also liked that the security in the building which was excellent,  and the feel of knowing that the front door to the apartment is able to being securely locked made me feel very comfortable. We would highly recommend your apartments to others. We have just returned home last Friday to Australia and have already told others about your apartments and what a positive experience it was. • Dear Ceu and Witold da Silva Zacharias, sorry for not mailing you earlier...I am very grateful for being able to stay at your apartment in Bairro Alto. For me the location was perfect. I could "melt in" with the locals on the quiet side street and still be able to walk/take tram 28 to whereever! My favourite place became restaurant Zapata, a charming local hands on bar just around the corner. The apartment and the equipment in it was super, the views from the balcony, small but quiet bedroom, super bed by the way (good for my back problems) kitchen, bathroom, all perfect.
